The Series 1000 Wellfast High-Clean fast-acting rapid roll door is designed specifically for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries or any environment that requires high levels of hygiene. The door will open in seconds and is designed and manufactured to the highest standards in our own factory using quality materials, motors and electric's.

The door can be fabricated out of mild steel that can be either powder coated or painted or alternatively completely out of stainless steel. All parts and motors are totally enclosed within the body of the door and there are no flat surfaces that can harbour dirt making the whole door exceptionally easy to clean.

As with all Wellgate products many safety features are incorporated into the door. This includes two safety 'hold-open' optical beams which stop the door from closing if anything is within its path and a pressure sensitive safe-edge.

The safe-edge is situated at the base of the curtain that will return the door to the open position if anything should come in contact and does so without the use of a curly cable.

The doors are bespoke manufactured to meet the customers' requirements and may be opened using numerous methods including; induction loops, radio controls, movement detectors, pull cords and push buttons. The curtain is available in either all clear or in High Clean PVC coated polyester in standard option colours with or without oval windows at any extra cost. To customise the door a logo or any other message can be printed on the door panels.
