The Hi-Clean 10,000 has been designed specifically for high clean environments earmarked for areas in class 10,000.It has been designed with input from one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world. Within threemonths of its design and approval by this manufacturer over 25 installations were satisfactorily completed The control cabinet, motor and all exterior wiring are encased within the structure of the door itself. The only necessity forany trunking or tubing is the input of the electrical supply from the client. If this can be accommodated through the back of the wall even the supply would not be seen. |

The door is standard manufactured in galvanised steel and can be sprayed or powder coated. There is also a standard optional extra of stainless steel on all visible covers and surrounds. The electrical control cabinet and the safety photo electric light beams are integrated either onto the door column or into specially designed encasement sleeves with 30 degree sloping tops. With a sloping top on the pelmet it fits within a headroom of 480mm. Where a tighter headroom is required (when a door is installed under a false ceiling for example) utilising a flat top on the pelmet minimises the headroom to 400mm. |
