The Wellgate Concorde is an ultra high-speed bi-parting door, designed for both internal and large external applications.

It is manufactured as a double-skinned construction with carriageways and drum mechanisms driving simultaneously.

Safety is always paramount and the Concorde door system is designed to stay in the line of sight of a truck driver throughout its opening cycle; travelling up to 2 metres per second. The door is clear of the truck in approximately half a second, almost totally eliminating the possibility of damage to a door.

DC Back-Up When a Concorde door is installed on a fire escape route a DC Back-Up system is available at an extra cost. This will open one leaf automatically in the event of electrical power failure.
